It’s official! I have my girls and I’m ready to say I do!
I have been counting down the days to asking my bridesmaids to be a part of my wedding since the day we got engaged! I love that Bridesmaid Proposals are now a thing, and I had a lot of fun creating a special little something for each of my girls! From Miss America sisters, to childhood friends, college roommates and more… I cannot wait to share the happiest day with 12 of the most amazing humans I know!
After stalking Etsy and Pinterest for weeks searching for the right idea, I came across some adorable cookies from Etsy! I loved the idea of cookies because 1. it didn’t break the bank costing me hundreds of dollars like many ideas out there and 2. who doesn’t love cookies?! I didn’t end up using the cookie maker I found on Etsy. Instead, I remembered the precious cookies I received from a student on the first day of school, and reached out to that mom to get the name of the baker. If you are in the Tyler area, Custom Cookies by Leslie is your girl! She is oh so talented, her cookies are delicious and stay fresh for several days, she’s easy to work with and affordable! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she brought it to life! About half of the packages needed to be mailed to the girls, so I was so thankful Leslie took the time to individually package each cookie to stay fresh and the cookies were boxed individually for each girl! Also, she was so kind and made me own box of cookies in addition to the bridesmaids, so sweet!
I’m still drooling over how delicious the cookies were!
I paired the cookies with a personalized card I also found from Etsy! There are lots of options out there, but this is the one I went with! They are so cute, and much more cost effective than many others on Etsy! I loved that you could personalize every detail on the card from the hair color and style to the robes, wording and even the accessories!
I’m the luckiest girl in the world to have the most beautiful and sweet group of girls to share my wedding with! Each of them are so special to me and I can’t wait to make more memories to come in this season of life!
xx,
Madison
