It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Well… I say that, and then Christmas rolls around and I remind myself of the internal battle I face every year of deciding whether I love my pumpkins or Christmas trees more! Nevertheless, I LOVE this time of year… the leaves changing, pumpkin flavored everything, football on the TV, temperatures cooling down, there’s so much to love!
One of my favorite parts of the arrival of the month of September is busting out all of our fall decor, and making our home feel just a bit more cozy. Makes me want to throw on a sweater, light a pumpkin scented candle, sip on a warm latte and watch You’ve Got Mail 🙂
I love taking a peek to look inside of others homes (Mix & Match Mama‘s holiday decorating posts are my fav) during the holidays! It always puts me in the holiday spirit, no matter the season! So tonight I’m sharing what’s been making me happy each day coming home from work! Drew said it’s too many pumpkins… I said you can never have enough pumpkins!
A lot of the decor are items I’ve owned for several years or were purchased from Hobby Lobby, but if it’s a new item or something that is still available for purchase, I’ll link it for you here!
Our front entry way! I traded out cherry blossoms for these fall stems I found at Hobby Lobby, and I really feel like it transformed the space! Other pieces from our entry table are linked below.
This is our dining area! I am still looking for the right piece to hang above the buffet on the wall. I think I want to do a large white clock, but I haven’t found one I love quite yet, so I’m still waiting!
This is our kitchen area! I made my first batch of pumpkin bread last weekend, and the smell of warm pumpkin bread spread throughout the whole house making this space even happier! Happy happy.
Moving into our living room, still working on this space and adding furniture pieces, but it’s slowly coming together!
