Happy Friday!
I hope you’ve had a fantastic week! It’s been a busy one around here with lots of work, painting, nesting, and trying to stay cool during one of the craziest summers we’ve had in a while! Last weekend my little sister got engaged and it was so much fun to celebrate her and Garrett! More wedding fun to look forward to!
Our weekend plans include a lot more organizing and things around the house to check off the to-do list! Drew’s sister just moved into a new house so we’ll likely be heading over there sometime this weekend and then Saturday evening we have a couples baby shower! I’m stoked because we get to celebrate not just with the girls at my big baby shower, but also with Drew’s friends! We have a whole crew of guys who are very excited about adding another little fella to the pack in a few weeks!

Maternity/Nursing Friendly Pajamas
LAKE Pajamas never fail me! The highest quality loungewear that is so soft and comfortable, and so well made! This pajama set that is nursing friendly is at the top of my wishlist for my upcoming August birthday, as I for-see many lazy PJ mornings in my near future! They come in several color ways, but I just adore the green! You can also match your littles in these which is so fun!
Will there ever come a time that I have enough throw pillows?! Drew’s number one pet peeve is me buying new pillows for our couches, because he just doesn’t understand why we need so many or why they change seasonally. Well, he’s wrong! I like how a great throw pillow can do so much for a space and really elevate an area! I came across this cutie Etsy shop and they have so many stunning fabrics to choose from! This blue and green floral is beautiful for summer!
My most recent Amazon obsession
I was influenced a couple of weeks ago to buy these pastel highlighters, for less than $10 I might add, from Amazon… and they’re my new favorite thing! They’ve added a little extra fun to my morning quiet time routine, and would make such a cute gift item for a girlfriend or an upcoming teacher gift as we get ready for back-to-school!

I just ordered these woven cube baskets for baby boy’s closet, and I am so excited about them! I plan on using them along the bottom of this cube storage shelf to put things like wipes, toys, and miscellaneous baby things! His closet doesn’t have built in shelves, so we’re making the most of it. I can’t wait to see how they turn out!
And one more Amazon item for the win! This $39 dress is so cute for summer! Love the smocked one shoulder and the stunning color way in the floral print! It comes in a ton of different colors and patterns, but something about this mixture just jumped out to me! Would be great for beach photos or to just easily throw on and go on hot summer days!
