Wedding Wednesday No. 31 // Our Reception Decor Photo Reveal

I am thrilled to share today’s post revealing photos of our Wedding reception decor! I’ve previously shared photos from our wedding ceremony, and now I bring you inside our reception ballroom. I dreamed of this space for so long and what it would become, and I am still in love with the final result.

Some girls don’t care much about the flowers at their wedding, but that girl is not me. Give me all the beautiful flowers at weddings… they’re my favorite part. Walking into the reception ballroom after our florist had come in to set up was one of my favorite moments of the entire day! Seeing the vision I had dreamed of for so long come to life was SO much fun, and La Tee Da knocked it out of the park! The pops of pink in each arrangement, the bed of flowers my stunning cake from Village Bakery rested on… every detail was just as I imagined!

My main focus when designing the room was to focus on our head table, and everything else to come compliment it. We (I say we like Drew had any say lol) decided on “bars” of flowers instead of individual circular arrangements, and I love the look it created! For guest tables we did a variety of different arrangements to add some different levels of height and dimension throughout the table. Guest found their name on a floor length mirror as they entered the reception and table numbers were displayed courtesy of TUR Party Supplies and the loving help of my older sister and Matron of Honor, Morgan. Once the reception began and the lights dimmed the room was lit up with hundreds of candles and votives and was just absolutely perfect.

I could go on for hours and hours talking about each detail of the flowers, decor and cakes, but instead I’ll just share the photos now! So without further ado…
